Tish Boyle is a graduate of La Varenne in Paris and has been working in the food world for over 20 years. She is currently the editor of Dessert Professional magazine in New York (formerly Chocolatier and Pastry Art & Design), and has worked as a caterer, pastry chef and food stylist. She was previously an editor at Good Housekeeping magazine and has worked freelance as a recipe developer for several food companies and magazines. Tish is the author of Diner Desserts (Chronicle Books, 2000), The Good Cookie (John Wiley & Sons, 2002) and The Cake Book (John Wiley & Sons, 2006) and the co-author of five other cookbooks.
